Our moulds and tools currently cover the components below up to 36 kV - and they are not limited to these: custom orders are easily integrated, with new moulds developed in the in-house tool room.

Measurement cast into the insulation: current and voltage transformers in epoxy, tested in-house on a CT-VT analyzer and automatic test bench before dispatch.
Family 05
HTV and LSR silicone moldings for outdoor insulation - hydrophobic, UV-stable and in continuous production at Europoxy since 2008.
Family 06
Conductors, busbars, inserts and contact parts machined in-house on CNC, VMC and EDM equipment - so cast insulation and its metalwork arrive as one finished, fit-checked component instead of a kit of parts.
